By public transportation: Use the HSL Journey Planner: A single ticket costs 5.50 €. The address of conference venue is: Otakaari 1, Espoo. It is located in Otaniemi Campus of Aalto University.

FROM HELSINKI AIRPORT TO AALTO UNIVERSITY, OTANIEMI CAMPUS, ESPOO

By train: I and P -trains run from Helsinki Airport to Helsinki Railway Station, journey time about 25 minutes. From Railway Station, Kamppi shopping center is 7-10 min by walk in the west direction. From Kamppi shopping center, buses with number 102, 102T, 103, 103T and 195 frequently go to Otaniemi Campus of Aalto University (approximately 20 min). A single ticket from the Airport all the way to Otaniemi Campus of Aalto University costs 5.50 €.

By Yellow Line Airport taxi (shuttle taxi): Yellow Line’s desk is at the arrival hall. The cost to Otaniemi campus is 29,50 EUR for 1-2 persons. (Please note that the shuttle taxi may take a longer time to reach the destination as you might share the taxi with other people going to the same direction.)

By normal taxi: Taxi stand is outside the main entrance of the arrival hall. The cost to Otaniemi campus is approximately 40 EUR. Trip takes about 30 mins.

 

FROM HELSINKI TO AALTO UNIVERSITY, OTANIEMI CAMPUS, ESPOO

By taxi: A taxi from Helsinki center takes about 15-20 minutes and costs approximately 30 EUR. Taxis can be taken from the railway station, from numerous taxi ranks in city center or booked via e.g. hotel reception.

By bus: From Railway Station, Kamppi shopping center is 7-10 min by walk in the west direction. From Kamppi shopping center, buses with number 102, 102T, 103, 103T and 195 frequently go to Otaniemi Campus of Aalto University (approximately 20 min). Visiting the capital of Finland, Helsinki is easy and fast by busses leaving from around the conference venue and hotels. From Otaniemi you can take busses number 102 and 103 for example and from Tapiola through busses 110 and 109. The journey time is around 15 - 20 minutes. In Helsinki you have the wide range of shopping, restaurants and cafes and famous museums and sights at your disposal.
